Composure

When things don’t go the way they should
And every break is tough,
It’s not important being good
But only good enough.

The cruelty of life’s demands
Will torture you, all right:
Both break your legs and crush your hands,
And set your hair alight.

The last thing you should ever do
Is blame yourself as well
For never having broken through
The walls out of your cell.

It’s no mistake to just relax
And not to sharpen every axe.
