At any point throughout the day –
From start to yawning start –
You have it in your hands to say
“I am” with all your heart.
In doing so, you recognise
The being at your core,
Which stretches far beyond the skies
And lasts for evermore.
Regardless what occasion brings –
And be it bad or worse –
The clearest voice inside you sings
This reassuring verse.
And so you needn’t be afraid
Of sticking to the plans you’ve made.
