As much as change is limitless
And happens all the time,
The only constant’s consciousness;
As such, it’s sheer sublime.
It teaches neither fear nor lack
But happiness and peace,
As, though a sailboat changes tack,
Its being doesn’t cease.
That lets me take up such a stance
As can’t be blown away,
And so I join life’s sacred dance,
Forever and a day.
And, when my body fades and dies,
My soul shall dance up to the skies.
