Forwards-backwards, inside-out –
That’s how the world appears,
But it’s the other way about
And has been so for years.

That is, it’s always been that way –
It’s always been just one.
Yet there’s perceived a vast array
Of things beneath the sun.

Yet each of them contains the stuff
Of which the one is made.
As such, that ought to be enough
To see through life’s charade.

No sooner than you’re able to,
You’ll find the world is ancient-new.
